The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
During my stay, the room was clean but dated, and the beds were not comfortable at all. Additionally, there was some music from the restaurant, which while not lasting too late, was still a distraction. The deck was in the process of being rebuilt, rendering it unusable, which was disappointing as it limited my options to relax by the water.

I stayed in the Premium Ocean Balcony with King Bed and loved the view of the sea! The room was clean and beautifully designed. The A/C was a lifesaver after a day out in the sun. Absolutely Stunning Views and Comfort!
I had a great experience during my stay! The location was prime, right in the heart of Bocas Town with breathtaking views of the water. The room was spacious, clean, and had effective A/C which was perfect after a day in the sun. Breakfast was satisfying and the staff were genuinely helpful, especially when it came to organizing excursions. I did notice some street noise at night, but earplugs were provided and it didn't bother me much.
